Born from a powerful vision: to create real pathways for young people to succeed in the face of South Africa's unemployment crisis.
A collective of entrepreneurs and companies realized the only scalable solution is to empower job creators. For every sustainable business we help launch, we build the foundation for ten more jobs. Our name, Izwe, reflects our belief in the power of community united for a common purpose.
